Recently I was browsing your blog and reading yours articles and opinions about HR trends.
I work for OrangeHRM, which is the worlds leading open source HRM solution. The project was started 3 years ago and has grown significantly since then. Today we have reached more than 200,000 downloads, were elected "Project of the Month" Dec/08 by SourceForce.net, are listed in the SF top 25 projects list, are collaborating with a global and knowledgeable community and have customers in all world. Thereby we are helping many companies around the world to acquire a both free and comprehensive HRM system. This is a good choice for companies in this financial crisis time, once HR is the first area to have cut in the budget and Open Source products enable them to save money and keep investments.
